Kate has held senior executive service roles in the Commonwealth and QLD Government and worked on some of Australia's biggest national infrastructure procurements and projects (ICT, energy transformation, construction). Kate is a commercial lawyer specialising in technology, privacy, and data.

Over the course of her career, Janet has worked in top-tier private practice, as a senior lawyer for the Commonwealth Government and leading the Public Sector legal team at a global cloud-based software company.
